How it is taught

At the pace the body has today

Nothing here asks you to do what you did at thirty. Asana is taken gently, with support and with chair options where standing is not comfortable, and the emphasis moves towards pranayama, relaxation and meditation, which give a great deal and cost the joints nothing.

The aim is plain: maintain good physical and mental health for as long as you can, and use the time and quiet that these years bring to stay connected to Higher Spiritual Consciousness.

  • Gentle asana, with support and chair options
  • Pranayama, relaxation and Yoga Nidra
  • Taught in small groups, at your own pace
  • Suitable for complete beginners
