Plain terms for using this website and booking with the ashram.

The enquiry form is for adults. Please tick the box on the form to confirm that you are 18 or older, or a parent or guardian enquiring for a child. What we do with what you send is described on the privacy page.
The booking form sends a request, not a payment. Nothing is charged online when you send it. A reservation is held once the deposit reaches us; the balance is paid on arrival. Please tell us about the visit as it is: foreign guests must give passport details, because we are required to file Form C.
Where a course or retreat shows a pay button, it takes you to a payment page run by Razorpay. Each payment is a single, one-time payment. This website does not set up repeating or automatic charges.
These are set out on the booking and cancellation page, which is part of these terms. In short: the deposit is not refundable if you cancel, and if the ashram has to cancel your stay everything you have paid is returned. For anything that page does not cover, write to us before you book.
Guests are asked to follow the house rules during their stay.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
