What you will practise

Breath as energy, not just air

Pranayama is the work of cleansing, balancing and increasing the energies you already have. Practised properly it steadies daily life, takes the edge off stress, and becomes the ground that deeper sadhana stands on.

The course gives both sides: enough practice to make the techniques your own, and enough theory to know what you are doing and when not to do it. If you have practised before and want to go further, the Advanced Pranayama course continues from here.

  • Cleansing, balancing and energising practices
  • In-depth theory alongside the practice
  • For daily life and for stress management
  • Preparation for the advanced course
