How the month is built

A sadhana you can carry home

The course runs in two halves. The first two weeks work at beginner to intermediate level; the next two take those same practices on to intermediate and advanced. You can join for a fortnight or stay the month.

Every practice is explained and then practised, so what you leave with is not a list of postures but a balanced daily sadhana you can continue on your own: asana, pranayama, mudra and bandha working together rather than separately.

  • Beginner to Intermediate for the first two weeks
  • Intermediate to Advanced for the next two
  • Asana, pranayama, mudra and bandha as one practice
  • Fully explained, so it continues after you leave
