The spirit to self-realization does not lie in the outside world, turn and look within, explore the amazing world within, and get to know yourself.
The retreat schedule focuses on one or two of a variety of Meditations from the Tantras from techniques such as Ajapa japa, Tratak, Antar Mouna, Chidakah Dharana and Mantra meditation (see descriptions below). You can request your choice before the retreat or Swamiji will help decide from the group present at the beginning of the retreat. Our program assists you establish a daily routine for health and vitality or to deepen your existing practice.
