Learn how to meditate, and explore the depths of your consciousness through a wide range of meditation practices that will give you a firm a foundation for your whole life. Suitable for beginners and adepts. Along side our daily classes, we offer a variety of workshops. In our ashram we follow ‘simple living and high thinking’ along with organic farming and our Play School. We are not a resort, guest house or a hostel. Our ashram holds an open, loving atmosphere of diverse individuals who function much like a spiritual family. We eat, chant, meditate, sing, learn, work, and play together.

The spirit to self-realization does not lie in the outside world, turn and look within, explore the amazing world within, and get to know yourself.

The retreat schedule focuses on one or two of a variety of Meditations from the Tantras from techniques such as Ajapa japa, Tratak, Antar Mouna, Chidakah Dharana and Mantra meditation (see descriptions below). You can request your choice before the retreat or Swamiji will help decide from the group present at the beginning of the retreat. Our program assists you establish a daily routine for health and vitality or to deepen your existing practice. There will be classes of asana, pranayama  and Mantra chanting which are suitable for all levels to relax and recharge the body, mind, and spirit. Each morning flow will leave you energized for the whole day, while the afternoon Meditation helps you to reconnect with your Self, starting a transformation toward integration and happiness.
