 Summary

Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of Awareness: Rather than focusing only on the physical body, we will practice a combination of kriya (specific sequences for a certain energetic effect), asana(postures), pranayama (breathwork), silent and dynamic meditation, mantra chanting, deep relaxation and contemplation. We will sing, we will dance, we will laugh, we will cry, we will share and celebrate as a family.
The practices of Kundalini Yoga have an energizing yet calming effect on body, mind and soul –letting us feel rejuvenated and giving us the courage and tranquility to face our internal as well as our external world.

Shankar Prasad Ashram in Gokarna, India creates a pure and peaceful setting where you are invited to explore the energy and wisdom to heal yourself and discover your ultimate truth – step out of the old You and step into a whole new level of BE-ing.
It is of great importance for William and Robine to honor the original teachings of Yogi Bhajan and share his wisdom in a way that is easily understood and applied in your daily life.
This Kundalini Yoga 100h TTC (OR Immersion) serves beginners, practitioners and teachers at all levels of capability and experience – the intensity of the practice is easily adjusted to each individual. Within the Teacher Training Part of week 2, there will be experiential workshops on how to correctly perform warm-ups (traditional sun salutations and Kundalini Yoga warm-ups), Kundalini Yoga asana (postures) and the main mudras (energetic seals of body and extremities), general Kriya sequencing, teaching methodology and much more. All participants will furthermore have the opportunity to gain their own Kundalini Yoga teaching experience with the guidance and supervision of Robine & William. Although this part of the Course is not mandatory, we strongly encourage everyone to give it a try – even if you do not have the intention to teach or share your practice later, it can be a great practice for overcoming fears, being in the present moment and just experiencing the joy of sharing sacred practices  with others.
Supported by Question & Answer sessions, Sharing Circles and much more this Kundalini Yoga 100h Teacher Training Course & Immersion will give you the proper understanding and, most importantly, the experience of the whole concept of this divine practice and will systematically enable you to do your self-practice safely and efficiently, giving you the tools and confidence to share the practice with others, if and whenever you so desire.
Having said that, whether you intend to teach Kundalini Yoga afterwards or not, the most important ingredients for this course are openness and willingness to learn and grow personally. Because without openness there is no personal growth and without personal growth there is nothing to be given to anyone anyway.
And finally, as our revered Kundalini Yoga Master Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa puts it very simply yet clearly about the practice of Kundalini Yoga: “First thing: You have to do it! Second: You will experience a miracle!”

We feel beyond words to share this Miracle with you!
