Dive deep into the realm of Yoga Nidra with Shree Acharya Swami Yogaratna Saraswati! Join our special 200-hour Teacher Training Course in association with the Yoga Therapy Association of Israel.

Dates: July 13 – August 9, 2024 Location: Online or in Shankar Prasad Ashram, Gokarna, India (Weeks 1-4), Sri Lanka (Weeks 5-6) Teacher: Shree Acharya Swami Yogaratna Saraswati Prerequisites: Completion of a 5-day Yoga Nidra Foundation Course or equivalent, 1-2 years of regular self-practice, familiarity with the subconscious mind.
