Thank you for your interest in attending the 12-day ADVANCED YOGA NIDRA COURSE with Swami Yogaratna Saraswati. The course can be attended online or by participating through physical presence at the Ashram. The timings are:

SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE ADVANCED YOGA NIDRA COURSE:

In the Yoga Nidra Foundation course, we had learnt how to access our subconscious mind, how to go to the dream-state level of mind while still staying awake and aware, as well as how we can explore the amazing inner universe which is as vast as the outer one.
So once we get to the deep subconscious realms, what do we do there? We do Advanced Yoga Nidra! Because the sky's the limit as to what we can do in our inner world.

This course is not for beginners. It is for those who are already familiar with the practice of Yoga Nidra as taught in a 5 sessions course by a Satyananda Bihar Yoga trained teacher. The course will consist of theory, practice and questions. Advanced Yoga Nidra consists of Part A & Part B, two batches of 6 carefully selected higher practices each that you can do with the expert knowledge, guidance, and protection of Swami Yogaratna Saraswati who has been through the experiences and now shares these with us. Swami ji will lead us through the portals of the subconscious with her loving care..

Each session of 2 hours includes theory, interaction, practice, and questions. A recording of the session will be sent to you for personal use only that will help you do your own further work/ practice, and allow you to catch-up if a session is unavoidably missed.
