We set the fees of courses according to the current commensurate prices of similar courses.Then we found that fee is not suitable for the indians because the standard of living in india is much lower and the cost of living is lower. So we do an adjustment to set the Indian prices commensurate to Indian standards.
When we receive funds from overseas we have to pay taxes for it whereas we don't have to pay taxes for the Indian payments. This is why there is a difference in the course fee.
